I got this idea from director Robert Rodriguez, who suggested learning some of your favorite dishes to offer as a menu to guests. Here are my house specialties:
Breakfast
Omelette
Cheese and assorted veggies, with multi-grain toast.Breakfast Burrito
Eggs, salsa, and veggies wrapped in a warm flour tortilla.Pancakes
Golden flapjacks with apple sauce and cinnamon, with fresh fruit.
Mexican

Nachos
Handcrafted refried beans a top a layer of chips, followed by salsa, cheese, tomatoes and green peppers. Quesadillas
Cheese, veggies, and black beans sandwiched between golden brown tortillas.-
Chicken Enchiladas
Chicken and Monterey Jack cheese wrapped in tortillas and smothered with a tomato and chili sauce. Greenies
Monterey Jack cheese and onions rolled in tortillas topped with a spinach and sour cream sauce.

A seasoned cut of top sirloin grilled over charcoal and marked with the signature MLB brand. -
Pineapple Shrimp on the Barbie
Jumbo shrimp skewered and lathered with thick pineapple sauce. Good Burger
Lean ground chuck seasoned with cajun, Italian, or Worscestershire sauce flavors grilled and on a lightly toasted sesame bun.Grilled Veggies
Roasted onions and potatoes, corn on the cob, and portabella mushrooms brushed with olive oil.

Penne pasta with a simmering sauce including green peppers, onions, and sweet sausage. With garlic bread and roasted portabella mushrooms.
